The rooms are HUGE and kept super clean!!! the breakfast buffet had a crazy selection. I especially loved the omelet station. all the staff are super helpful and friendly. the pools are awesome. I spent most of my time there!!!
The wifi was kinda slow at times. I wish it was faster so i could upload all my vacation pics instantly!

the hotel features multiple swimming pools surrounded by lush gardens that were amazing. there is also a bowling alley and a kids club for those looking for extra entertainment. the extensive grounds provide ample space for relaxation.

my beautiful room was very spacious with modern decor. i enjoyed the comfortable bed and the ample storage space for my belongings. the bathroom was well-appointed with a separate shower and bathtub.

The suite with two bedrooms was very clean and spacious! The breakfast offered many varieties. I was impressed. The staff was polite and proficient in English. The location is good.
The gym's equipment looks a little dated. Some machines could use an update.

The breakfast buffet presented an excellent variety of options each morning, ensuring everyone found something to enjoy, from fresh fruits to hot dishes. It was a great start to the day. The barman at the pool makes excellent cocktails!

The staff consistently provided amazing service, promptly addressing any requests and offering helpful assistance. Vicky at the tour desk provided useful travel tips! Room custodians were excellent, always ensuring a tidy space for us. I was impressed by their attentiveness.

The hotel is near to the beach, across the street, perfect for quick access. It also has many vendors with food trucks nearby. It was easy to get to local attractions and amenities from here, made exploring the area simple!

Fantastic family stay

I really liked the proximity to the beach. It was just across the road. The hotel offers several pools, which are great for families. The breakfast buffet had LOTS of options, including different cuisines. The grounds were well maintained.
The tv did not allow me to stream Netflix. This would have been good during the rainy season.

The entertainment crew, including Dino, Asha, and Kelvin, were awesome. SO much fun! The room service was quick. I appreciated their attentiveness.

Our room was large and spacious. It easily accommodated my family. The beds were really comfortable. I slept well every night. The bathroom was clean and modern. The air conditioning worked WELL!

The hotel is close to many shops and restaurants. It is also within walking distance of the Jungceylong shopping center. This was very convenient. Water sport activities are available just across the road.
