I had a fantastic stay at this hotel, enjoying the beautiful rooms and a wonderful location right by the sea. The staff was incredibly kind and the entertainment team truly elevated our experience, especially with their activities for kids. However, I did encounter some inconsistency with housekeeping and suggest they improve their cleaning schedule. Overall, a great place for a family vacation.

I had a fantastic week at this hotel! The location is perfect-close to the bustling city life yet peaceful inside. The variety of activities for both adults and children kept everyone entertained. The food options were abundant and delicious, featuring a great mix of European and Thai dishes. However, there were times when noise from the pool bar disrupted our morning peace. Overall, it was a wonderful experience with a few minor downsides.

We had an amazing stay at the Graceland Resort! The service was top-notch, with friendly staff always ready to help. The pools were fantastic and our kids loved the kids club activities. One downside was the service staff at times seemed distracted on their phones during peak hours. Overall, it was great value for money and we would certainly recommend it to families.
